Cruelty Free Brand Focus: Ellovi

Over the past few weeks I've been putting Ellovi's range of body butters and lip balms to the test. Ellovi (pronounced like 'love' is spelled), began their brand with their six-ingredient body butter. Their body butter is handmade in Berkley, California and features good-for-you superfood ingredients, and no fillers or harmful chemicals. I've mentioned in past posts that I've been seeking out more natural products lately and Ellovi definitely fits the bill.

Loving this vanilla scent!

Ellovi's body butter comes in 5 scents; original, vanilla, mint, tangerine, and lavender. I tried both the vanilla and mint varieties. The vanilla is my current favorite, it smells indulgent and also a bit like vanilla cake batter. (Yum!) The butter is thick, rich, and makes my skin feel super soft and nourished.

Christmas Pajamas 💕

One of my favorite things about winter is sinking into freshly washed flannel sheets after a hot shower, and using a nice rich lotion or body butter. Ellovi has snuck it's way into this ritual and I think it's here to stay!

Ellovi's Lip Butter Collection

I was also fortunate enough to sample Ellovi's lip butter collection. The tin features the original, tinted rose, vanilla and tangerine varieties. The tangerine one lives in my coat pocket and has been incredible this winter. I made sure to keep it on hand during my most recent trip to the city, and it was much needed to defend myself against the blistering cold. These lip butters are also my go-to on no-makeup days, to keep my lips looking nourished.
