Winter Hydration with Coconut Water| Invo

I came across an interesting email in my inbox this week, the subject line read 'Keep Skin Hydrated While the Seasons Change'. As someone who has been crafting their own skincare routine for years this immediately drew me in. As it's been getting chillier in New York I have switched out my moisturizers for the heavy hitters, and have really been delving into the coconut oil jar.

Invo Coconut Water is a great way to hydrate from the inside out. I'll be honest, as much as I love coconut I have never been a huge fan of coconut water. After trying Invo that opinion has changed. Invo, in my opinion, is the most pure tasting coconut water I have tried and it doesn't contain any coconut bits.

I brought a bottle to class the other day and it was delicious. I really like that the product is put into mini bottles, making it really convenient to grab and go. I'm a bit of a health nut when possible since I don't always have the option when I am on campus or at work. So I like that this is an easy and convenient way to not only make sure I am hydrated but to get my potassium. Coconut water contains 5 types of electrolytes and as much potassium as a banana. I also prefer Invo since they use sustainable farming methods. All too often we don't think of where our food is farmed or processed and I love that Invo is an ethical company.

Thanks Invo for allowing me to test out your product, I'm definitely going to check out my local Whole Foods for other flavors.

What's your opinion?

  1. Yes! Coconut water helps from the inside and a coconut oil helps on the outside. I'm addicted to everything coconut!

    1. I love using coconut oil as a moisturizer, and to revive my hair from time to time! Glad you agree Katya :)
