The past couple weeks have been great in terms of my fitness goals, I've been able to increase the amount of weight I'm lifting, plank for longer, and even increase my amount of reps for some exercises. Since I've been spending more time at my local gym, I've also been putting some new products to the test.
I've been using a natural deodorant for a few years now, bouncing around between different brands. I never found one that I loved 100%. I switched to natural aluminum free deodorants when I learned that aluminum may be linked to breast cancer. As someone who has a family history of cancer, including breast cancer, I dont like to take risks with potentially harmful products.
SWAY sent me a deodorant detox starter kit, two actually! Martin has been testing out the mens version. The kit comes with a liquid-roller-ball deodorant, and a dusting powder. Both have pleasant clean scents. The kit is easy to use simply roll the deodorant onto your underarms-- a little goes a long way, wait at least 30 seconds and then shake the dusting powder and dab 4-5 times under each arm. I found the formula to be long lasting, effective-- even standing up to my workout!, and the best part is it's 100% natural.
Martin was skeptical at first, he had never used a liquid deodorant let alone a dusting powder, but now he is a major fan! He's reached for it in favor of his old standby every morning since we received it.
I would highly recommend trying out SWAY for yourself! In the future, I don't see myself using any other deodorant.

A natural deodorant, not tested on animals <3, that works for the entire day and smells nice has been an on-going quest for my sister and me. Going to try Sway and see how it goes. Thanks for your research and post!
