August Favorites

I can't believe how fast this summer went, I'm finally settled in my new apartment (as of a week ago), and I've been officially out of school and working for almost 4 months now! So many milestones happened for me this summer, but unfortunately none of them were really blogging related. I'm hoping to get back to my regular schedule, now that I'm not living out of boxes.

I used to do monthly favorites like clockwork, so I'm happy to get back into the groove of things. My last one was in December! I can't believe it!

I received Clean on Me as a gift this summer for my 22nd birthday. The giver described it as her absolute favorite shower product, mentioning its delicious smell. I've been using this product for a few weeks now and I'm really enjoying it, it's got a great scent doesn't dry my skin, and leaves me feeling squeaky clean. This is the first Soap & Glory product I've tried, and it definitely won't be my last.  I reach for this daily.

I picked up Boom in late July to take on a trip down the shore. It's easy to pack and fun to use! You simply place a tab in your mouth, bite, and begin brushing with a wet toothbrush. I have seen whitening benefits from these toothy tabs. I purchased this to replace my beloved Ultrablast, which has since been discontinued by Lush.

Bump it Off is an interesting product I received this summer... it is a multitasker helping you conquer tons of different messes in your home. It can be used to exfoliate in the shower, to comb your pet's fur, and even to remove stains from laundry. I have been using these in the shower, they're easy to grip and super helpful to exfoliate before shaving, and even just to use with shower gel.

Last but not least is Dionis Peach Delight Body Lotion, I have been using this product post shower every day. It's lightweight, has a beautiful scent, and doesn't leave my skin with that unpleasant greasy feeling some lotions do. (Check out my review of the matching hand lotion here.
